Thank you to everyone who joined us at Bearwood Medical Centre for our Mindfulness Yoga Session in support of world mental health day. We received wonderful feedback from our patients who thoroughly enjoyed the session.

Thank you to those who attended our educational blood pressure event, where Dr Chandan kindly educated a group of patients on the topic. Patients were welcomed with tea, coffee and snacks upon arrival and were given useful blood pressure information packs. During this event, we also had a walk-in blood pressure clinic held by our nurses.
